Contact forms
Data: name, company, e-mail, phone, selected module and your message.
Purpose: replying to your enquiry and related business communication.
Legal basis: your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, given by ticking the box in the form.
Retention: until consent is withdrawn, at most 3 years from the last contact.
TimeSaver Fleet trial and order
Data: company name, company ID, name, e-mail, phone, industry and number of vehicles.
Purpose: verifying the request, creating a trial account or processing the order in the vehicle handover application we operate.
Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and its performance under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Retention: for the duration of the account or contract and then as required by law; the backup copy of the request on the web server for at most 12 months.
Spam protection
Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.), which checks that a human is filling in the form and processes the IP address and technical browser data. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Server logs
The web server records each request: IP address, date and time, page address, referrer, browser type and the result of the request. Anonymous website events (such as a form submission or a button click) are recorded the same way — without cookies and without a visitor identifier. Purpose: security and operation of the website, troubleshooting and visit statistics. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: 13 months.
Cookies and similar technologies
Necessary (no consent required): the tawk.to chat (Tawk.to Inc.) stores cookies to keep the conversation going; your choice in the cookie bar is stored in your browser (localStorage) for 180 days.
Analytics (only with your consent): Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) — measuring visits and website events. Without consent Google receives no cookies, only anonymous signals without identifiers (Consent Mode).
Marketing: not used.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via Cookie settings in the website footer.
Recipients and transfers outside the EU
We process the data ourselves; technical support is provided by our hosting provider (servers in the Czech Republic), Cloudflare, Google and tawk.to. These services may process data outside the EU (USA); transfers are based on the European Commission adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell data or pass it on to third parties for their marketing.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw your consent at any time by e-mail to info@proholding.cz; withdrawal does not affect processing before it. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
